Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Both. Starter and most Professional engagements are fixed-price with a defined scope. Enterprise and open-ended R&D work is typically time-and-materials with weekly reporting.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs — cloud hosting, GPT / Claude API fees, SaaS subscriptions (Pinecone, Auth0, etc.). We forecast these during discovery and pass through at cost.

Can we pay in installments?

Yes. Typical milestone-based payment: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-point demo, 30% on delivery. Monthly billing for retainers and enterprise scopes.

What currencies do you accept?

USD, EUR, GBP, and INR by default. Wire transfer, credit card, or Stripe ACH.

Is there a money-back guarantee?
